Altair Management (“Altair”) provides strategic planning and execution support for soul-led entrepreneurs. These Terms outline the respectful, professional, and confidential nature of our working relationship.
By engaging with Altair in any professional capacity, you agree to the following:
Altair exists to protect your time, energy, and long-term goals. Whether through short-term consulting or long-term strategic support, the scope of each engagement will be defined in writing prior to beginning work.
All deliverables created by Altair—including pitch decks, frameworks, communications, written content, and strategic documents—are proprietary. These remain the intellectual property of Altair unless otherwise negotiated in writing.
Engagement terms are defined on a case-by-case basis, with many structured as 12-month retainers. Either party may end the relationship with 30 days' written notice.
In the event of early termination, all outstanding balances—including earned coordination fees and time-based service fees—will still be due in full.
For any partnership, booking, or opportunity initiated during the engagement period, Altair will retain its standard commission for up to 6 months following contract termination, regardless of final execution date.
— All deposits are non-refundable
— Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice
— In the event of cancellation or no-show, you will still be invoiced for the agreed-upon fee
— For client-facing opportunities secured by Altair, a 10% coordination fee applies — regardless of client-side cancellation
— Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated
— Late payments may result in paused services or withheld deliverables
Altair works best when communication is structured and intentional.
You will be advised of our primary communication channels, response timelines, and availability at the start of the engagement. This ensures space for clarity, deep thinking, and respectful collaboration.
Altair is not a 24/7 concierge service or emergency contact.
To preserve the depth and consistency of support, clients will not engage other managers or agencies for overlapping services during the term of their engagement with Altair unless otherwise discussed and approved.
By engaging our services, you agree to uphold the following responsibilities — all of which are essential to a smooth and successful working relationship:
— Providing timely communication and approvals
— Delivering any materials needed for projects
— Respecting agreed-upon timelines
— Honoring scheduled meetings or sessions
Failure to meet these obligations may result in delays or adjustments to service delivery.
Altair holds your business and personal life in the highest confidence. Everything shared is protected—whether it’s sensitive, strategic, or deeply personal.
Discretion isn’t optional. It’s foundational.
All strategy documents, contracts, pitch decks, copywriting, frameworks, and systems created by Altair are the sole intellectual property of Altair unless otherwise negotiated in writing.
These tools are created to support your growth—but are not to be distributed, sold, or shared externally without written consent.
Neither party shall be held liable for delays or inability to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, power outages, or emergency situations).
Should such an event occur, both parties will communicate in good faith and make reasonable efforts to adjust timelines or arrangements.
In the unlikely event of a disagreement, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith communication. If resolution is not achieved, disputes will be handled via mediation or arbitration in the state of Texas, under Texas law.
These terms may only be amended with written approval by both parties.
